Sidney Wesley

Hello, I’m Sidney Wesley, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in
Somerset, KY. I’m passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s
challenges, heal from past wounds, and build healthier, more fulfilling futures.
With a background in school social work, trauma recovery, and addiction
treatment, I specialize in working with individuals and families who are motivated
to make meaningful, lasting change. My therapeutic approach integrates
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and
person-centered techniques to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where
clients can feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow.
Whether you’re working through the impacts of trauma, facing addiction
struggles, or simply seeking greater clarity and self-awareness, I am here to walk
alongside you on your journey. I believe that change is not only possible but
sustainable when you have the right tools, insight, and support.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our new baby
boy, soaking up the simple joys of family life here in beautiful Somerset
