Shelbi Watson earned her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Campbellsville University. She dedicated 10 years working in preschool education within the Pulaski County School System before shifting her focus to mental health at Quest Counseling. Over the past five years, Shelbi has served as the Targeted Case Manager at Shopville Elementary, where she has worked closely with clients, families, and staff. Recently, Shelbi transitioned into her new role as Events + Outreach Coordinator, where she will be responsible for coordinating events, managing our website, serving as coordinator for our school-based services and helping build staff engagement within the agency and agency’s school-based services. Shelbi is eager to apply her skills in this exciting new capacity, furthering her passion for advocating for mental health service in the community.
Outside of work, Shelbi is married to her high school sweetheart, Jerrod, and together they have three children; Paisley, Hattie and Jenson. Shelbi is also a proud “fur mama” to River, a spoiled yellow lab. Shelbi enjoys spending time with her family, riding RZRs, and being outdoors on their farm. In her downtime, Shelbi loves reading, serving in her church, and supporting her kids in all their sports and activities.
