Hi, my name is Crystal Houk! I graduated from Somerset Community College in 2004 with an associate of science degree, and an associate of health science degree. I also received a degree in business management from Campbellsville University. I previously worked for Bluegrass Regional Mental Health for 13 years.
I am a mom of 3 boys, who keep me busy attending multiple sporting events. I am excited to be part of such a wonderful team and look forward to serving our clients in med-management.
