Group Therapy
Group therapy is a great way for you to meet others who are in the same boat as you. You’ll be able to talk through low points and discuss helpful coping mechanisms with the group under the supervision and leadership of a counselor.
School Based Therapy
School Based Therapy is great for children who have conditions that cause their school life to suffer. Whether it be academic or behavioral, a counselor will assess your child and work with them in the classroom. Your child’s counselor will be able to figure out what can help them and share helpful tips with you.
